Like a lot of girls, I thought that lifting heavy weights would make me "bulky" or "manly". 6 weeks ago I started Beachbody's newest home fitness program called Hammer & Chisel. I bought a bench, upped my weights, and decided to push myself to lift heavier to see what it would do to my body.
The top picture is Day 1 of Hammer & Chisel and the bottom is today (6 weeks later). I know I still have a ways to go but I'm pretty proud of the progress I've seen and proved to myself that lifting heavy doesn't make you look like a man!
