Crockpot Overnight Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Yields 6 servings
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (I used coconut palm sugar)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 4 cups water
- Place the apple chunks, brown sugar, and cinnamon on the bottom of the pot.
- Pour 2 cups oatmeal and 4 cups water on top - do not stir!
- Cook overnight for 8-9 hours on low.
